Below are a few of the designs I submitted as possible design directions for the entry gates at Montaña Vista Estates located on the lower elevations of South Mountain overlooking Downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
This first group of floor plans and elevations sheets were created by Michael Pitzer at Pitzer Advertising & Design for our builder/developer client Quantum Development located in Chandler, Arizona. This set of spec sheets were developed for their Montaña Vista Estates sales packets ti be handed out at their project located at Dobbins Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
Back in 2006, I was Managing Partner/Creative Director of the Bozell office in Scottsdale, Arizona. James Hardie had come up for review and our Omaha office was looking to make an impression by having multiple office within the Bozell network develop ideas for the presentation.
My first new business presentation as Creative Director at Catalyst Marketing Company in Fresno was at the end of July for McCaffrey Homes, a local, higher-end production to semi-custom home builder with several successful developments in Clovis/Fresno.
This outdoor board was created for the initial marketing campaign developed by Pitzer Advertising & Design for Carver Mountain Estates, a Quantum Development. Carver Mountain Estates was the last remaining undeveloped elevated land overlooking Downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
Over the past decade, I have had the great opportunity to work on a number of housing developments in California and Arizona for a number of developers, both custom and production.
During the housing bubble in Arizona, builders were creating incredible get-away homes in beautiful areas like the hills around Prescott offering unbelievable vistas in all directions.
Before the real estate market started to slide in Phoenix, I created this marketing website for the exclusive use of the investors of Carver Mountain so they would have access to the marketing materials we’d developed in order for this group to do their own one-to-one marketing.
Early in 2006, John Bacon, Director of Marketing for Red Development, initiated an agency marketing review for their CityScape project in Downtown Phoenix. CityScape was a $900-million, 2.5-million-square-foot mixed-use development combining high rise condominiums and loft condos, retail, hotel, office and public park space that would ultimately span three square blocks of prime downtown Phoenix real estate running from First Avenue to Second Street and from Washington to Jefferson Streets in the Phoenix Copper Square District.
