All advertising falls within the Federal Trade Commission’s rule prohibiting deceptive acts or practices — basically, what you say in your ad has to be true. There is also a group of additional rules and regulations that must be followed by banks and financial institutions. The following are some of those rules from when I was working on City National Bank.
This series of outdoor boards was created for City National Bank, Southern California’s largest independent bank, by Cary Sacks and Michael Pitzer at Sacks/Fuller, Los Angeles.
These ads are from a two-year campaign I created with Carry Sacks and David Duncan for City National Bank while we were working in Los Angeles at Sacks/Fuller.
These full-color print ads are from the multi-year ad campaign we created for the law firm of Lewis and Roca while I was VP/ECD of EB Lane in Phoenix, AZ.
These 4-color, half page print samples are part of a series created over a two-year period for the Practice Groups at Lewis and Roca. The campaign was designed to tie into the main print campaign which used mobiles and stabiles created by Alexander Calder.
