This outdoor board was created for the initial marketing campaign developed by Pitzer Advertising & Design for Carver Mountain Estates, a Quantum Development. Carver Mountain Estates was the last remaining undeveloped elevated land overlooking Downtown Phoenix, Arizona.

I’ve been Googleing developments and properties like Carver Mountain Estates in the Phoenix area for some time now, but Carver Mountain seems to have disappeared. Do you know what happened with them and who ended up with all of the hillside acreage?
