Before the real estate market started to slide in Phoenix, I created this marketing website for the exclusive use of the investors of Carver Mountain so they would have access to the marketing materials we’d developed in order for this group to do their own one-to-one marketing.

This (web 1.0) micro site followed the design of the sales catalog I’d created earlier that year as part of the marketing materials to promote the development.

On mouseover of any plot, the individual plot would highlight. If clicked on, the asking price, dimensions and special offer information would appear next to that plot. This also allowed for colorizing the plots that had been sold and those that were currently under contract.
