Over the past decade, I have had the great opportunity to work on a number of housing developments in California and Arizona for a number of developers, both custom and production.
These samples represent a pretty good cross section of the type of work I’ve personally created, or that I have had the pleasure of being the Creative Director on and supervising some great talent at various ad agencies. The work is from Quantum Developers’ Carver Mountain Estates over looking Downtown Phoenix, a multi-development corporate approach for Richmond American, a DMB development in Southern California called Santaluz, another Quantum Developers project for custom homes in the hills above Prescott, a multi-phase project by Richmond Homes called Mosaic, a McCaffrey Homes development called Braden Court in Clovis, CA, and an urban expansion initiative for the town of Buckeye, Arizona.

Many thanks for sharing. I have read a lot of builder ads in the local papers, but I have not read any of your work. I really like it and can see why the builders have too. Great print ads, thanks again for sharing.

I really like the designs you came up with for the print advertising. Very nice, clean, simple designs. So many ad agencies just change out logos these days and sell you the same layout they used for another client. Your print advertising is all very different from the previous print campaigns you’d shared. Thank you for doing so.
