Logo created by Michael Pitzer for Pitzer Design.
I also looked at how my logo could be used for specific categories of design possibly in the pursuit of new business. Here are a few examples that I was playing with.
If you go way back, I mean to like when I left Art Center College of Design, I always wanted my logo to be a “family crest” like one might see while traveling through Europe. So I created this version, which we actually used several years later on our wedding invitations.
I also thought that time, I didn’t want my name associated with projects just in case they went South, or I screwed something up so badly it would taint my name. So I created The Design Factory West which implied many things; like size, speed, and multiple locations. This was the original 1979 logo for TDFW.
