Pitzer Advertising and Design is a small, boutique agency specializing in fun and unique retail advertising. Below are some sample for the small, “eclectic” retail store located in Willow Glen, California, that PA&D worked with to refine their logo, created a small space print campaign to constantly promote new items, and affordable outdoor to build their brand reputation.
From the first group of print ads was the fun approach of building the awning and bad design into the background of the print ads. These could also be used as 5×7 post cards to promote sales to the Eclectic Touch’s as their mailing list continued to grow.
Along with fun small space print ads, PA&D also proposed a wonderful series of billboards to promote The Eclectic Touch using one-board placement and local rotation to limit costs. Unfortunately, the costs were still a little to high to actually post so PA&D converted the concept to an email blast.
PA&D also cleaned up the original logo, kerning the letters and enhancing the visual aspects of being wrought iron.
PA&D also created the new bag design using The Eclectic Touch green stripes from their awning and incorporating their refined logo.

It’s a pleasure to find a write-up on The Eclectic Touch. I’ve been a big fan of the store since I first moved to San Jose a dozen years ago.
