King Features Syndicate & Changing Times Vitamins Sign Licensing Agreement for Popeye® in the Water Drink Category

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall — Changing Times Vitamins, Inc., (Pink Sheets: SGTB) announced today that they have signed a licensing agreement with King Features Syndicate King Features Syndicate, a print syndication company owned by The Hearst Corporation, distributes about 150 comic strips, newspaper columns, editorial cartoons, puzzles and games to nearly 5000 newspapers around the world. King Features Syndicate is a unit of Hearst Holdings, Inc. , Division of Hearst Corporation The Hearst Corporation is a privately-held American-based media conglomerate based in the Hearst Tower in New York City, USA. Founded by William Randolph Hearst as an owner of newspapers, the company’s holdings now include a wide variety of media.Popeye Water Bottles , one of the nation’s largest diversified media companies. The license gives Changing Times Vitamins (CTV CTV Canadian Television (Network Limited) ) the right to produce and sell a line of water drinks and to use Popeye® and associated characters for sale and promotion of these products. CTV previously used the Popeye image in a cartoon commercial shown during this past Summer Olympics for its RecoveryX sports/energy drink with great success. CTV intends to introduce new Popeye Water for children in the very near future.
